Every year, we will send you your atmospheric decarbonization certificate informing you of how many BidetCredits (pounds of carbon offset) you have earned. The number of BidetCredits you earn will vary depending on the applicant's responses to our surveys.

Your BidetCredits Complete purchase sends a strong message that you are committed to mitigating the damage caused by air travel. However, at some point, for whatever reason, you may want to cancel your subscription. Not a problem! You are never locked into anything. You may cancel your subscriptions at any time by logging into your account page and selecting “Cancel” on any one of your current subscriptions.
